The Official Launch will be carried out with media advertising and the public will be widely informed.  It is common that % discount will be reduced with respect to VVIP Preview Price. Means the nett price will be higher.  Some transitions or overlapping period maybe given by the developers for buyers who needed to finalize their sums before these commitments.  CALL Jeannie YANG @ 97936069 to find out which stages the project is in now.



BOOKING :-​

  1. ​Necessary documents and a 5% option cheque/cash will need to be ready upon selection of unit.
  2. Necessary documents are (a) Copies of NRIC, Passport of all buyers; (b) Particular Purchase Form (PP Form) where the choices of unit are indicated; (c) Letter of Authorization Form (LOA Form) to represent the buyer
  3. Upon submission of PP form, a Form 3 will be explained to the buyers with details on the project and the unit selected.  Buyers to acknowledge Form 3.
  4. The 5% option cheque will be stamped in favour of the developers' payable account number, 5% amount to be stamped with a cheque maker and cheque to be crossed and signed in proper by all buyers.
  5. Option will be issued to the buyers.  The whole procedure may takes about 15 mins.
  6. CONGRATULATIONS, your booking is completed.

PRE-BOOKING :-​

  1. ​Necessary documents and a 5% option blank cheque will need to be submitted by VVIP Preview day.  A cut-off date for collection of these documents will be announced.
  2. The 5% option blank cheque will be stamped in favour of the developers' payable account number, signed in proper by buyers, however without a written amount.  This cheque will be returned to respective buyers upon unsuccessful balloting or upon no proceeding to booking on VVIP Preview.
  3. Necessary documents are (a) Copies of NRIC, Passport of all buyers; (b) Particular Purchase Form (PP Form) where the choices of unit are indicated; (c) Letter of Authorization Form (LOA Form) to represent the buyer in the VVIP Preview Booking.  More than one choices can be indicated.
  4. The submission of the above documentations in this pre-booking does not guarantee a booking on the VVIP PREVIEW day, vice versa.

​INVITATION :- 
​Invitations will be given out to our prestigious guests around 2 to 3 weeks prior to VVIP Preview.  Guests response with interest will be followed up closely for any updates from the developers and will be further invited for showflat viewing and for VVIP Preview booking.
